Julie N. Kelsey, MBA, CPC, ELI-MP

Julie is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).  She earned this designation through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a coach training program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She also holds the iPEC proprietary certification as an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Prior to beginning her coaching career, Julie spent 18 years in the financial services industry building meaningful, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues as a manager and a wealth management advisor.

Julie helps individuals and business leaders engage in dynamic communication, enhance their emotional intelligence and create high-energy teams. Utilizing the coaching modality, Julie works with clients one-on-one, in small groups, and in workshop environments. As a results-oriented professional coach, her focus is to inspire and empower others to be conscious leaders of their own lives and to create greater fulfillment. Through the power of the coaching relationship, Julie's clients transform into who they TRULY are as she helps them identify and break through barriers that may be holding them back from the success they desire.
